Call, schedule a visit & begin sifting through resumes to find those with the best fit for your company. Our continuous outreach efforts at high schools, robotics events, and community events yield an abundant supply of driven candidates who are excited to enter the workforce.

Take your time & pick the best candidates for your workforce. Once you find them, a standard employment offer letter will suffice. Onboard them as you please & sign them up for the Mach 1 Mechatronics Academy when you’re ready. We accept applicants year-round so there’s no rush to hire.

Once the Technicians are signed up for courses of your choosing, they’ll receive their specific start & end dates. During the program, companies have the option to allow their technicians to come to work 1-2 days a week to get to know company policies and workplace practices. The rest of the week days are spent at the Mach 1 Training Center in Flint MI until program completion.
